Flat bread wraps

Pots 0 | Serves 1 adults | 150 grams | 2080 KJ (per serve) | dehydrator not required

1) Lay out bread wraps.
2) Slice tomato, cucumber, cheese and salami.
3) Spread hummus onto bread.
4) Layer ingredients, season to taste..
5) Roll up wrap – enjoy!

Variations:
For the first few days you can add cucumber, tomato, sweet peas. Another variation is peanut butter or other spreads you like.
