Instant noodles with tuna and peas

Pots 1 | Serves 1 adults | 165 grams | 2060 KJ (per serve) | dehydrator not required

1) Bring water to the boil and add dehydrated peas. Simmer until peas are nearly done.
2) Add noodles, stir and simmer gently until soft.
3) Drain water. Stir through flavouring and tuna.

Variations:
Instead of noodles, try couscous. Instead of dried peas, try dried sweet corn
or mushrooms. Instead of tuna, try salmon or sardines.

Great if you get board with wraps and other sandwich-like lunches.
