Pesto pasta

Pots 1 | Serves 1 adults | 140 grams | 2290 KJ (per serve) | dehydrator not required

1) Bring water to the boil, add mushrooms and pasta.
2) Simmer for around 10 minutes (or until done).
3) Drain water, mix through pesto paste.
4) Sprinkle cheese on top.
5) Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Variations: Instead of dried mushrooms, try other dried ingredients like peas and corn. To bulk up this meal, stir through tuna or salmon.
