Dividing sections 2 and 3 of the Larapinta Trail, Jay Creek Trailhead offers tent pads, shelter and toilets as well as gas barbecues and USB charging stations. You can also camp on the soft & sandy creek bed and enjoy the scenic views, yet there is not much shade. Keep in mind that this campsite is usable by Larapinta walkers only.
