Consuelo camping zone is set on the Consuelo Tableland which is also known as the “Rooftop of Queensland”. A unique place to watch the sunset, this campsite also offers some great birdwatching opportunities. The national park is home to more than 170 bird species, and this is one of the best places to spot some of them. You also have a chance to see some eastern grey kangaroos and koalas as well.
