There are several options for multiday walks, some take 2 days and some extend to seven. Scroll through and have a look.

Standley Chasm to Tangentyere Junction return

This return walk starts at Standley Chasm and takes you to Millers Flat where you’ll stay the night. Continue your walk to Tangentyere Junction and return back to Millers Flat before settling for the night.

Ellery Creek South to Serpentine Chalet Dam

Starting from Ellery Creek Big Hole this walk leads to Serpentine Gorge where you’ll spend the night. Early next day tackle the steep ridgeline to Counts Point and finish your day at Serpentine Chalet Dam.

Ellery Creek Loop Walk

Start from Ellery Creek South and walk west toward Serpentine Gorge where you’ll spend the night. The second day will take you to through a gap in the Heavitree Range toward Ellery Creek North campsite. The third day will take you along the saddle of Heavitree Range back to Ellery Creek South where you started on day 1.

Standley Chasm to Alice Springs

This four day walks starts at Standley Chasm and takes in the Larapinta Trails sections 3, 2 and 1 to finish the walk at Alice Springs.

Finke River to Ellery Creek

This is a 5 or 6-day walk. Starting from Glen Helen walk toward Ormiston Gorge and finish your day there. On the next two days walk the length of Section 9 with an overnight stay at Waterfall Gorge. Day 4 takes you to Serpentine Gorge and day 5 Ellery Creek South.

Redbank Gorge to Ormiston Gorge

Starting from Redbank Gorge walk Section 12 of Larapinta Trail before returning back to the gorge. Day 2 will take you along Section 11 to Finke River. If you want to divide it into two days you can spend the night at Rocky Bay Gap. The next day takes you to Ormiston Gorge. The following is a two-day Section 9 with camping at Waterfall Gorge. You can finish the walks at Ormiston Gorge or at Ochre Pits.
