Flatbread wraps 50g ⌄
Cheese 40g ⌄
Salami 40g ⌄
Hummus 20g ⌄
Salt and pepper to taste. ⌄

1) Lay out bread wraps.
2) Slice tomato, cucumber, cheese and salami.
3) Spread hummus onto bread.
4) Layer ingredients, season to taste..
5) Roll up wrap - enjoy!

Variations:
For the first few days you can add cucumber, tomato, sweet peas. Another variation is peanut butter or other spreads you like.
